• There are mechanical damages that appeared during transportation of products purchased.
  
• There are the defects caused by alien subjects/liquids getting into a product
  
• Defects appeared as a result of accidents and force-majeur circumstances.
  
• Defects appeared as a result of a transport accident, where the said product was used.
• Products are used for the professional purposes (extraction of profit).
  
• Products undergone repairing, executed by unauthorized persons with the manufacturer’s requirements and safety norms violation.

The said conditions do not restrain the consumer’s legal rights, rendered by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

When using GPS devices in cars, the car owner is solely responsible for the GPS device as referred to damage or injury in case of an accident. Do not fit the device above the safety pillows or in other places of the driver or passengers’ impact in case of an acci-dent or collision, and also in places where the GPS equipment installed hinder the driving.

The driver is solely responsible for safe driving when using GPS devices in autos, motorcycles or bikes. To prevent accidents the driver should not distract his attention when driving for work with GPS devices. When a car equipped by GPS devices is not driven carefully enough and the driver does not observe the situation on a road, then an accident or crash may occur with damages and injuries caused as a result.
